This week has been a bit of a tough one and I have not had much desire to roll any dice or ask questions of the oracle, so my two main solo campaigns, Betrayal of the Dragon Queen using Tales of Argosa, RPG and The Bay of Spirits using Beyond the Wall RPG, have both been neglected.

I did however get a hardback copy of Beyond the Wall and Other Adventures this week. I have owned the pdf for a good few years now, love the game and play it a lot, so I thought it was about time I invested in a physical copy. I am now wondering why I didn’t do this sooner as it a super little book. Hopefully I will get some inspiration from it over the weekend and be able to enjoy a few hours adventuring in the Bay of Spirits with my BtW five characters.

One idea that I did have was to try and use the blog as a campaign tracker for my Beyond the Wall/Bay of Spirits campaign. I hope this will not only help me remember what’s going on, but will allow you, the reader, to keep a track of it all too, should you want to.

I have now added a menu option for the campaign in the main menu. The plan is to not just to put my actual play reports there, but to have sections tracking NPC’s, monsters, towns and villages and other important stuff, adding to as I go along.

So far this afternoon I have managed to add a page for the Bestiary. There are only about five monsters in there at the moment, its bookmarked so you can click on Fox Fairies for example, and it will take you direct to that section.

Plan is to add a page for NPC’s over the weekend and add my actual plays to the menu too.

Finally, if you think anything I post there may be useful for your own games, feel free to borrow it.

Adventure On!
